Ronald is a Ugandan self-made entrepreneur, Motivational Speaker and Life Coach of Ability Explored, an organization that fosters tangible societal transformation. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from MUBS and Makerere respectively. As a member of Toastmasters International an organization that provides skills in public speaking and leadership globally Ronald assumed the role of Vice President at the Kampala Toastmasters Club a position he has occupied to date. Due to his diverse abilities as a public speaker, Ronald also serves as member of the Public Relations Association of Uganda. He previously worked with corporate entities such as United Nations Global Compact, Nile Breweries, Rwenzori Water, Equity Bank, Makerere University and Naalya Schools. As a born leader Ronald is a Director and Chairperson in two investment clubs and the Chairperson of all Chairpersons for Nakifuma county which has 237 villages.
